Policy & Agreement:

1) RESERVATIONS TO BE CONSIDERED FINAL & CONFIRMED AFTER REVIEWED, APPROVED AND FARE TOTAL ADJUSTED BY ONE OF OUR REPRESENTATIVES. Please email us for reservation modification or cancellation.

2) Credit Card transaction Fees is (4.00%), You may pay the driver in cash to avoid transaction fees (Please email us your reservation number ASAP requesting payment type change to CASH)

3) Any changes to trip (arrival flight, pick up time, date, location, city, airport) must be made before we dispatch drivers at least 24 hours prior to run date Otherwise subject to extra fees.

4) Additional stops will be $15 minimum per stop and will be calculated on a $2.50/mile basis. Stops & Adjustments to be made with office in advance, not to be made with the driver.

5) No Cancellation Fees if reservations cancelled 3 Business days prior to trip day, 50% cancellation Fees: Cancellations after the driver has already been dispatched 12 hours prior to pick up time, 100% CANCELLATION FEES: NO REFUND If the passenger fails to be at the designated pickup location trip will be considered (no-show)

6) The Half Moon Limos LLC shall not be held responsible for late vehicle arrival caused by (but not limited to) acts of nature, traffic delays, vehicle breakdown, incorrect pickup and drop-off information, and any situation beyond our control.

7) Drivers MAY process credit card payment through our secured App on the run date unless otherwise requested by corporate manager (card not present).

8) We recommend parents to install requested child seats by themselves for a better security and to select a better seat adjustment to suit their children.

**A final confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided (aol and hotmail providers may filter our confirmation email into your spam or junk folder, so please message us from a different email account if you do not receive any confirmation from us within 6 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

A) No Cancellation Fees if reservations cancelled 3 Business days prior to trip day.

B) 15% Cancellation fees would be charged to all Reservations types belong to International or Domestic flights. ( To cover credit card fees ).

C) 50% cancellation Fees: Cancellations after the driver has already been dispatched 12 hours prior to pick up time.

D) 100% CANCELLATION FEES: NO REFUND If the passenger fails to be at the designated pickup location trip will be considered (no-show)
